Covid19 – Delivery Update                24 May 2020

We are fully operational. 
Our manufacturing staff are safe and working following the Government guidelines with full Risk Assessments in place and our customer service team remains working from home.

We are experiencing increasingly high demand for our products and thank you for your support.

Both our couriers and ourselves are experiencing intermittent and unforeseen delays in delivering some orders to you and ask that you remain patient through these testing and unprecedented times. The vast majority of orders are being delivered on time.
Our delivery times are quoted in good faith and be rest assured that we are working as hard as possible to get blinds to you on time or as quickly as possible thereafter. You will be sent notification when your order has been despatched.

Mainland UK Addresses

All orders with a basket value over £99 are delivered free of charge with our standard service, to all mainland UK addresses. After adding goods to your basket you will proceed to the delivery page, selecting from three options:


Standard delivery – Free over £99, our standard delivery cost is just £7.96 

Available on all products, standard expected delivery is just 5-7 working days*. See your order confirmation for more details. Standard deliveries are usually processed between 8am and 6pm, but this can be extended at busy times – the lead up to Christmas and bank holidays, for instance.

Express 2/3 Day make up service – £5 

Available on selected products. Order pre-noon on a weekday and receive your item in three to four working days*.


SwiftTrack – Made Today, Delivered Tomorrow - £10

Available on selected products. Our SwiftTrack service is perfect if you are in a hurry. Order pre-noon on a weekday* and we will make your blinds the same day and deliver them to you the very next day. All items in your basket have to be available for a SwiftTrack upgrade for the service to be available.

*Specialist areas such as Scottish Highlands/Offshore, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland etc will have restricted delivery option or additional costs on top of the charges detailed above.
Non mainland UK addresses and Highland address with extra costs

We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles and Highlands for an additional £10 charge which will be automatically highlighted after entering your postcode.

For delivery to Channel Islands & Isle of Man, a surcharge of £15 is automatically added – these prices exclude VAT.

Other delivery questions answered:
Have your order delivered to work – Remove the tick from the "deliver to billing address" option and enter your chosen address.
What if I am out?- Our couriers will attempt twice to deliver your items as requested.  Adter this they will be returned to us and we will be in touch to rearrange, potentioally at an additional cost.
How long will my order take? – Standard delivery is usually five to seven days; non-mainland can take up to ten business days.
Vertical blinds - As our vertical blinds are sent out as two items, our courier will normally split these items up and put them on different delivery vehicles. If you have only received one item, don't panic – give us a call to find out more information.

Booking a contractor fitter - If you are having your blinds fitted by a contractor then we strongly recommend that you are in receipt of your products and have checked them prior to confirming installation dates.
